Depuis ce matin, Pokkén Tournament propose un nouveau patch de rééquilibrage, la version 1.3. Il est cette fois assez large puisqu’il touche à l’ensemble (ou presque) des Pokémon combattants (Lucario, Pikachu, Mackogneur, Gardevoir, Dimoret, Suicune, Dracaufeu, Ectoplasma, Braségali, Pikachu Libre, Jungko, Lugulabre, Roussil, Carchacrok, Mewtwo et Shadow Mewtwo) ainsi que les Pokémon de soutien Vipélierre, Cradopaud, Magnéton, Maraiste, Taupiqueur, Yveltal, Latios et Cresselia. Inutile de préciser qu’il vous faudra absolument être à jour pour pouvoir gouter au plaisir des altercations en lignes.

Pikachu Libre:
↑ 2X: Now has an easier time ducking under high attacks.
↓ Burst Mode: Burst Mode Time reduced.
↓ 8Y: Combo damage using this move has increased scaling.
Blaziken:
↑ 2Y: Recovery reduced.
↑ j.Y: Can now erase one projectile if connected properly.
↓ Burst Attack: Can no longer guard break.
Gengar:
↑ Shadow Punch: First hit of Shadow Punch has an increased hitbox size to fix the issue where it would randomly miss opponents when used in a combo
Charizard:
↑ Air Slash: Now has an increased hitbox, to fix the issue where it would randomly miss opponents in a combo.
↓ Burst Mode: Synergy Mode time decreased.
Suicune:
↑ YX Pokecombo now pushes opponents further back when they’re shielding.
↓ jY (Water Gun) now does less block stun.
Weavile:
↑ Icicle Crash~Signal Slash: Recovery out of Signal Slash reduced.
↓ Taunt~Night Slash: If you cancel Night Slash and then use Taunt again, there are no invincibility frames.
Gardevoir:
↑ 4Y in duel: Projectile speed increased.
Machamp:
→ 2X: First hit of 2X does less block stun
Pikachu:
↑ Volt Tackle: has increased guard point frames.
↓ Nuzzle: now has longer recovery frames if you whiff.
Lucario
↑ Burst Attack: The attack can no longer be interrupted by a support Pokemon if you have already landed the hit.
↓ Bone Rush Downward Swing Follow-up: Combo damage using this move has increased scaling.
↓ Charged 6X: Less damage to shield.
Sceptile
→ Bullet Seed: Seeds now sprout faster.
↓ 5X/5[X]: Both variants deal less guard damage.
Chandelure
↑ Charged X: The length of your own negative statuses has been further reduced from before. The length of the opponent’s negative status has been further increased from before.
↑ 4X/Charged 4X: Base damage increased
↓ Side Y in Field: Reduced move speed while shooting
– Minimize: Fixed the bug where moves wouldn’t auto correct
Braixen:
↑ Flame Charge: Now more easily avoids lows.
↑ 5XX: Second hit now allows for combo follow ups.
→ Burst Attack: The attack can no longer be interrupted by a support Pokemon if you have already landed the hit. However, no longer can guard break.
→ Forward Dash: When you Dash -> Attack/Grab while buffed from Sunny Day, the attack increase buff you receive from subsequently using « Sunny Day » has been changed.
↓ Fire Spin (All Variants): Less guard damage.
↓ Back Y and [Y] in Field (Golf Swing): Less Guard damage.
– Light Screen: Makes it so that if you use Sunny Day after Light Screen, you can’t jump while gaining Sunny Day
Garchomp:
↑ Stone Edge: When you successfully counter, the transition to the attack portion is now faster.
↑ Counter Attack: Attack height has been increased to more easily hit aerial opponents
↑ 4X: Increased block stun.
↑ 2X: Increased time of dodging high attacks.
– Burst Attack: If the first hit is blocked, then up until the 3rd hit, your opponent MUST continue blocking. 4th hit does more block stun.
– Dig: The YYY~Dig combo now hits when opponents are in Burst mode.
Mewtwo:
↑ Drain Punch: Drains more Synergy from the opponent.
↓ Burst Attack: When you miss with your burst attack, your post-BA invincibility is shorter to make it easier to punish you for failing to grab your opponent.
↓ All Pokemon Attacks: Consumes more Synergy when used.
↓ Barrier: The Guard Point portion of the move begins later.
↓ Confusion: The gap of time between hitting an opponent with confusion and your ability to block afterwards has increased, making it more punishable on block/whiff.
↓ Forward Y in Field: Decreased hitbox range. The graphical effect made when hitting the opponent has changed in accordance with hitbox size.
↓ Back Y in Field (Fire spin): Timing on cancelling fire spin is now slower, must be cancelled later.
↓ Homing Attack: The 2nd part of the Homing Attack now has reduced hits. This makes it easier to CA the homing combo. However this nerf does not apply to Burst Mode.
– Counter Attack: Fixed the bug where inputting back + CA would sometimes cause you to lose synergy for some reason.
Shadow Mewtwo:
↑ Recover: Recovery time after using recover reduced.
↑ Thunder: You can now combo after hitting thunder on an aerial opponent.
↑ Back Y in Field (Light Pillar): Increased hit stun on aerial opponents. Miracle Eye variant also receives this buff.
↑ Back Step (Field): You can now cancel into an action out of Shadow Mewtwo’s field back dash sooner.
↑ Counter Attack in Burst Mode as Shadow Mewtwo X: Can now combo out of Mega SMX’s counter attack in burst mode if it either criticals or is fully charged.
→ Psywave (Vortex): Increased HP consumption. In addition, chip damage while shielding has been reduced. However, there is a fixed delay period after using Psywave. But if your opponent blocks it, you may get to move slightly sooner than they do.
↓ Miracle Eye: Increased HP consumption.
↓ Earthquake: The gap between attacking and blocking after this move is increased, making it more punishable/less +.
↓ j.Y in Field: Recovery time increased. In addition, the attack’s timing has been altered and is easier to dodge.
↓ Homing Attack: The 2nd part of the Homing Attack now has reduced hits. This makes it easier to CA the homing combo. However this nerf does not apply while in Burst mode.
↓ Burst Mode: Synergy Mode time decreased.
↓ Side Y Miracle Eye Barriers in Field while in Burst Mode: When hit by the opponent or if Burst Mode runs out, the barriers also disappear.
– Psywave (Vortex): If Burst Mode runs out while in the middle of vortex, the vortex animation stops.
Support Pokémon
↑ Snivy: Base damage increased.
↑ Croagunk: If an opponent blocks Croagunk, Croagunk reduces their recoverable life.
↑ Magneton: Base damage increased. In addition, when it successfully blocks an attack, it will now make an even stronger attack in return.
↑ Quagsire: Reduces the distance the opponent is pushed back when they block.
↓ Diglett: The recovery time for summoning Diglett is increased. Diglett’s base damage and damage against guards is reduced.
↑ Yveltal: You can now combo after Yveltal if it hits an aerial opponent.
↓ Latios: After first calling Latios, the Support gauge recovery time is now slower. Reduced damage to shields.
↓ Cresselia: No longer has invincibility.
